About Us

KITE Sacco was registered in 1977 under the Co-operative Societies Act, Cap 490 laws of Kenya, to provide members with an avenue for savings and affordable loans for the advancement of their economic wellbeing.

Kite Sacco prides itself on being one of the best SACCOS in the region with an outlook focused on surpassing the members’ growing needs. The society is keen to establish structures and a value system that encompasses a social-economic outlook which has enabled the society weather turbulent, stormy and difficult financial/economic times.

The SACCO’s core business is the provision of credit and saving facilities to its members by offering a diverse range of products and services. The management has over the years remained business oriented and strategic in its activities. In 2010, the board’s strategic intent and initiatives were consummated in the society’s second strategic plan 2010-2015, whose implementation enabled the society to realize tangible gains despite the challenges that were faced during the same period. The board now wishes to consolidate those gains and hopes to take the society to the next level.
